Senator Lindsay moved to amend the bill on page two, section two, lines ten through twelve, by striking out all of subdivision (3) and renumbering the remaining subdivisions;

And,

On page four, section four, line twenty-seven, after the word “littering,” by inserting the words “or ordinances prohibiting or restricting the use of plastic containers or consumer merchandise”.
